bank statement is superb on sanima bank ,but one think i can not understand from bank staffs why they can not solve the costumer’s issues from any branches and asking to visit the same branch where we were submitted documents and received account details .i think it is a same link for all branches and any branch can solve the issues ,this issues should be considered by bank management .
Hello Mr. Tham Bhadur, you are right the link is the same for all branches but the accessibility to each branch has been prohibited due to some reason like security, workload, and jurisdiction. But we found somewhere the staff is also less knowledgable so the customer has to face more trouble. Staffs don’t have the proper way of dealing with customers. Please provide proper training about how to deal with customers. When we are addressing our problems staffs are laughing at our issues.
